Our Mission: “To grow disciples of Jesus Christ and equip them for ministry in the world.”

A Time of Gathering and Praise

RITUAL OF FRIENDSHIP (Please leave complete address)

When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place.

Come, Holy Spirit! Break into our gathering!

And suddenly from heaven there came a sound like the rush of a violent wind.

Come, Holy Spirit! Stir us with your power!

Divided tongues, as of fire, appeared among them.

Come, Holy Spirit! Lit our hearts on fire!

And all of them were filled with the Holy Spirit.

Come, Holy Spirit! Fill us again with your love!

*COMMUNION HYMN #620 (UM Hymnal)                               “One Bread, One Body”

    God’s Spirit is with you.

         And also with you.

Lift up your hearts.

We lift them up to the God.

Let us give thanks and praise to God.

It is right to give our thanks and praise.

And so with people from all times and places, in every language, with all creation, we

     praise your name:

Holy, Holy, Holy God, Wind and Flame and Dove. Heaven and earth are full of             your glory. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed is the One who comes in the name   of our God. Hosanna in the highest.

It is your Spirit which enlivens the mystery of faith:

Christ has died. Christ is risen. Christ will come again.

A Time of Sending Forth
