*CALL TO WORSHIP (Human Relations Day)

As the Lord parted the waters of the sea, the Lord breaks down the middle walls

of partition,

To deliver us from the prejudices that divide and to lead us to the riches

that unite.

As the Lord called prophets in times past, the Lord calls prophets in our time,

To sound the call for justice and to light the path to peace.

As the Lord sought disciples for yesterday’s prophets, the Lord seeks disciples

for today’s prophets.

Here we are, Lord! Send us!
