*CALL TO WORSHIP

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.

God said, “Let there be light!”

There was evening and there was morning.

God called it good.

Jesus came up from the waters of the Jordan.

God said, “You are my Son, the Beloved.”

There was for us a new beginning.

God called it good.

We gather here to praise the God of blessing.

This is a day of new beginnings!

- Mr. Craig Sherman has been an indispensable member of our FUMC staff in that he helps with so much more than just custodial duties. He is the "go to" person for problem solving of the schedule, special events, the physical plant, music, and when a little extra help is needed anywhere. He has humbly and quietly done all these tasks for years. The SPPRC has elected to change Craig's job designation to "Facilities Manager". This is a more apt description of his job and its numerous responsibilities. Remember to thank Craig and the other staff members for their great support of our church family.

- 2015 Calendars, compliments of Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home, are now available. You can pick them up from the table in the Church Lounge or outside the Church Office.
